Why choose Glasshouse Photos?

In addition to high-quality media, Glasshouse Photos offers specific content and systems designed to save you time.

These include an online ordering and delivery platform, as well as ready-to-post social media content, printable flyers and property websites (branded and unbranded) with customizable traffic reports.

How do I book a photo shoot?

All real estate photo shoots can be booked here.

Other shoots (renovations, etc.) can be scheduled by contacting us for a quote here. An individual booking link can be created for you after your first shoot.

Once the media is ready, you will receive a delivery email with all the necessary links to pay and download your media (please note that payment is necessary in order to download the media).

A personal client account will be created after your first shoot. You can use it to access all past shoots and order future ones.

Where do you work?

We work all over the Lower Mainland.

Additional charges only apply to the following areas:

- Mission/Abbotsford: $50
- Chilliwack/Squamish area: $65
- Hope/Whistler: $80

How long does a typical photo shoot take?

The amount of time necessary will vary, depending on the package that is booked and the services that are included.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email including the estimated time onsite.

We always do our best to be as quick and efficient as possible; however, the final duration of the appointment can vary depending on the size of the property (smaller spaces make it more difficult for our team members to work at the same time) and whether or not the space is ready to shoot.

When are the photos delivered?

For real estate shoots: Photos, Reels, 3D tours and Floor Plans are delivered the next day. Other video formats are delivered within 48 hours.

Same-day delivery can be arranged for most services for an additional fee.

For all other shoots: Once you contact us to request a quote, we will reach out to get more information on the scope of the job. We should then be able to provide an estimated delivery time.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Rainy weather is not uncommon in our area... Luckily, we have a few tricks up our sleeves to help brighten up your photos, even on a cloudy day.

Drone operation is the only service that can require rescheduling due to inclement weather.

Feel free to discuss your needs with us in advance - we will do our best to accommodate and get you all the media you need, when you need it.
